The young woman who served me was delightful. Finding the shop was horrendous, as Google maps thinks it is in a toy shop outside of Erina Fair. The toy shop employee said they often have people asking where the Cheese Cake shop is.

The cheesecake was delicious however the man serving behind the counter was rude. He ignored me at first, didn’t even say hello when he eventually came over to the register and then answered his mobile for a chat with someone halfway through our transaction while I stood there awkwardly just waiting to pay.

Wonderful service Caitlyn came out from behind the booth, and told me about each cheesecake when I purchased the cake she finish decorating it, presented it to me before purchasing it all me a smile wonderful customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have ordered 2 mud cakes from here since they opened and the mudcake is dry, the marble cheesecake was very sloppy like it had not set properly (had been in the fridge for 24 hours before eating).

Nice cheesecake but the service is pretty terrible.The staff were too busy decorating cakes to acknowledge me standing right in front of them which is very rude.Customers should come first, tasks second.

No one answers the phone. I've called three times yesterday and today and even left a voice mail. The message doesn't say anything about the Cheesecake shop. Is this unnatended mobile your official store number?
