Urban Xtreme - Rock Climbing, Ski & Adventure Sports

Spent an awesome 3 hrs at Urban Xtreme with the family. We paid online, but arrived 1/2 hr late. Staff were super helpful and bumped our booking back to honour our payment.Take some cool water and if looking to use trampolines, make sure you have the grip socks.It would be great if there were some incentives for family bookings, perhaps some stages prices for younger kids?!?Overall, 3 hrs well spent

As you’d expect it can get pretty busy here.. plan your visits well. Access to the carpark is difficult, particularly if it’s really busy, traffic jams in the narrow access lane occur easily. I was unimpressed with kids not able to use the climbing wall unless they pay even more.. that wasn’t clear during online purchase, just another reason to try and squeeze more $ out of parents.

Kia is a one in a million calm, skilled, clever, resourceful ski instructor who got my shy 4 year old very progressed in just a half hour session using only fun and positive approaches.I have been a ski instructor in the past and can relate to the challenges of teaching this different and physically taxing sport to children.This experience gives me utmost respect for Kia and we can't wait to be back for more lessons!

Highly recommend, Great variety of fun activities for kids of all ages, very helpful and friendly staff. Free water fill station was well used with kids doing 3hrs of activities non stop. Cafe was great too made a good coffee

I was underwhelmed. Took my kids here (8 & 12). For the price, the climbing should be included. The ninja courses were fine but probably better for an adult that needs to be challenged. Most of it is beyond a child's ability. Dodge ball wasn't open, trampolines were limited. My kids had a is this it?" look and to be fair I couldn't blame them. Better options out there IMO."

Urban Extreme Little Climbers Club at Hendra was a buzz and lifted our littlies feet off the ground in no time…til they were climbing heights I had not imagined. Brilliant for whole body strength, teamwork, focus, sharpens determination and will. Positive vibes all round. We will return!

We spend 6 sessions with Makayla and Tom snowboarding last week although we usually live in Canberra. The team was super welcoming and accommodated that we had experience on artificial surfaces. They were very engaging, professional and we really made progress on “S” turns. We had a great time despite it being very warm. The team was quick to respond with an icepack and a cold cloth when they perceived my partner was heat affected despite only having a rest on the bench. So well done for being very observant and caring and again many thanks. We will be back.

good fun, although, the reception staff were super unhelpful. Considering we had an 8 person booking and we all got told different things. Some people had to pay for socks and others didn’t. There was no introduction as to where things were or any rules like where to and not to wear shoes, then we got told off for not knowing!! Would probably would try a different facility next time.
