Bazzas's Bakehouse

Bought 2 pies one chunky and one plain, neither hot, Luke warm at best. Gravy was minimal and translucent. Chunks of beef were hard a chewy.On the upside I had at least 5 chunks of beef.No sausage rolls. Or pepper pies, avail at 12 midday so a shortage of bake goods.Staff were pleasant,Pepper flavour left in mouth after eating chunky pie.Would I return? No

I don’t eat pies from 7/11 but I’m sure they’re better than bazzas hahaha

There are certain ways on how to treat your staff on a Friday morning as a business owner after a long week. And yelling at them from the kitchen at 6:30am isn’t one of them.I’ve been a long term customer to this iconic establishment in Kallangur and it’s the first time I’ve been appalled. Never by the service as it’s always on point. But by the way the owner was treating her staff. Standing in the kitchen and yelling at them in front of customers is both unprofessional and disgusting. Our hospitality industry is screaming out for staff and here you are belittling them in front of each other and customers.There are better ways in handling internal challenges, and airing your dirty laundry in the open infront of customers is not one of them. Do better.

Best bakery around try the curry beef pie and sourdough bread and the service is great

Staff are friendly and fast. Especially on my way to work, the breakfast items are good and food is always cheap

Quality is severely lacking yet trying to charge $7 for a pie that's not even fresh. Owners attitude is ridiculous and shop itself is filthy, need to pick up your act if you want to charge goods at that price. Your attitude is representative of the quality of your items - embarrassing

I can not stress this enough. Bazzas has the best Custard Tart in South East Queensland.My journeys through life have taken me regularly all up and down the coast. Everywhere I go I try out the local bakery and order my absolute favourite, the Custard Tart.At least I thought it was my favourite.They were all horrible, awful things. The base tasted like chalk and the custard itself was perhaps better used as wall putty.I was distraught. Emotions running high. Did I even like Custard Tarts? If I'd been wrong about liking Custard Tarts what else have I been wrong about? My entire life could be a lie.I decided to go back to my roots. I went to Bazzas. The GREAT Kallangur Bakehouse.My fellow Australians, I found love once more. From the moment the tart touched my lips I knew. The base is just... Perfect. The Custard? Incredible. A match made in the highest parts of Heaven.Come to Kallangur for the great people, stay for Bazzas Bakehouse and their Custard Tarts.

Great bakery and really friendly staff. We'll often get staff morning and afternoon teas and the scones are awesome! Great range of pies, breadrolls, sandwiches and sweet treats. Best bakery in the area and well priced. All the team at Affinity Property enjoy the excellent food at Bazzas Bakehouse.
