I have been locked out of my xero subscription since it began over two years ago! I try to log in but my password seems incorrect and it is not accepting my security question answers. The only other option is the Authenticator app. The authenticator app needs the QR code off my login screen to become actively linked, but I can't access the login screen (as I just explained) as my password seems incorrect and its doesn't accept my security question answers. And so the frustration cycle continues. I am locked out as there is no other login/authenticator set-up option. I have raised support tickets many times but always get an automated response directing me to the support pages which don't address my problem. I am not willing to be charged for a service I don't use for one month longer just because I can't access the service and no-one is addressing my problem. As this seems the only way to communicate with Xero .I would like a response to this review with a DIRECT TO HUMAN contact number or email address to resolve this. As I am at the end of my tether it will be time to write to the ombudsman and fair trading so you get a communication you can't ignore if this is not addressed promptly. unKind Regards. : )

Been using XERO for almost 10 years now, minimal disruptions and easy to navigate software with continuous improvements. Awesome software with excellent API features and ability to automate things via integration with 3rd party tools. Thank you for rewriting the accounting software landscape. Bravo!!!

So Xero change a fundamental of the quoting calling it an 'upgrade'. The upgrade reduced the functionality...LOL. Functionality that was integral to my ops systems!!! Now I have XERO SUPPORT...(as in) NONE!!! This non-existant support and contempt for the customer base will bring along Xero's downfall. As soon as a competitor creates a phone based support or (at a minimum) a Live Chat...I am OUT

It's so frustrating to not be able to just call them and or request a a call back properly as it requires you to login to account which is the problem im having currently. I can't login using my backup send code to my email for some reason im not getting the code to be able to login. and no article obviously addresses this issue and I can't contact them because they tell me to login first before contacting them... im stuck in a cycle of doom and it's very frustrating for my business.

awful experience with the software.I'm an user of two completely unrelated companies as I'm an accountant. I requested bank feeds for one company and Xero linked it to another company. How can they possibly allow that in the first place? They even created a bank account in the incorrect company and named it XXX business account" where the name is the correct company.I'm still waiting on a reply from their Xero support

Email only tech support does not answer basic questions about my subscriber change. They only repeat the same message that they have to contact the subscriber. I’ve told them that the subscriber is no longer at our business or at the email record they have.Xero tech support says “We will contact the subscriber and get back to you “ !!!!This has been going on every day for a week.Nathan must be a very cheap AI bot

Customer service skills = 0Shopify intergration app is a scamI sent an email to cancel my subscription to shopify. They told me to uninstall it. Then xero took the liberty to keep taking my money. I then complained about the charges at this point i made my intentions very clear that I no longer wanted nor was using there app. They then then charged me the next month and still think the charges are valid".You have replied saying you will look into my problem. It appears to be all optics. Heard nothing."

I'm having the worst time dealing with Xero. Support. 20% price increase in the last 12 months and somehow it's costing me more time, processes are slow and tedious.

Beware funds may be taken in time for superannuation and then funds may not be transferred to the super funds in time and that the EMPLOYER will be liable for the extra charges and late fees that the ATO will charge, even though all the money was taken from their account.We now have a mark against our company name thanks to Xero and how helpful they are with their super clearing house system.What do I even pay all this extra money for as a small business that can't even be supported properly by the system it pays for!Thanks for not helping at all.
