I (somehow!) managed to lose our tent pole for a tent we purchased a few years back. Reached out for some help and these guys tracked down a spare and sent it out at no charge. Their gear, service and generosity has all been a beautiful experience.

I never leave reviews, but I've been blown away by this little companies customer service. I've had alot of questions and the team at Homecamp have been so lovely and helpful which has made my purchase choice so much easier. If you are looking for a quality belltent and unsure of what you're after or need help, these guys are the experts you need. Thank you very much, couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Terrible. Item only posted 7days after payment with no communication from staff. Unacceptable especially during these times - do businesses want to stay open or lose customers. Overpriced as found the same item advertised online at a lower cost.

ordered some items for fathers dad ample time before the day and with no communication from homecamp items arrived late. If i hadn't sent a request for ETA i doubt I would've received my items. No apologise just been ignored since.

Love the product, touring bell tent in the lightweight canvas. Also bought the awning as well. Was missing one tent rope, emailed them and they sent a whole new set of ropes. Great customer service will definitely buy again.

We bought the Flinders 4m bell tent from Home Camp 6 years ago and still absolutely LOVE our canvas bell tent.Such a beautiful, well made tent that we love going camping in regularly around QLD. We have the inner tent and go camping as a family of four (2 adults & 2 kids under 10) and have plenty of room.Quick and easy to put up/pack down and always gets compliments from other campers everywhere we go.This tent has never let us down and we wouldn’t camp in anything else. We have just got back from an Easter trip where we copped a classic QLD arvo storm and the tent didn’t let in a drop.The only down side is that the more recent tents have upgrades which ours doesn’t have being one of the older models. I highly recommend a canvas bell tent from Home Camp!Our tent has been an investment in happy memories.

Excellent products and service at a very good price (actually beating Amazon on quite a few products!). I'm looking forward to seeing any new products as they come out, as everything is of the best quality so far!
