While the service is always fantastic here and I can find no fault with them, I can find no other way to rate and leave a comment regarding the happy wash there. I paid for a deluxe wash. I only got the wash and dry. And even that left my car dirty over half the bonnet, the roof and the tyres. This was my first time using a drive-through car wash and it will be my last. Ripped off from start to finish.

Not sure what happened tonight. Service is usually slow but manageable. Tonight it was non existent. Spent 5 minutes in line and only ever saw one staff member in the subway section. No one in the other half of the store. I heard pumps waiting to be authorised constantly chiming and after 5 minutes I decided to leave and go to the hillbank location where I got served in under a minute.

Further to my last review on OTR Elizabeth i am pleased that OTR have introduced a Night Window for the safety of staff and discourage some of the incidents and just plain theft etc.Staff are getting use to it ( and so am I) but Petrol, Subway and a number of services and products - just ask the Night Mangers and i advise as many people who can to get the u beaut OTR AppSee you there?Still best coffee etc etc and cheapest in Elizabeth and Fuel very competitive and smiles are free!

Dirty toilets and NO TOILET PAPER IM ANY OF THEMDISGUSTINGIt seems to be in a common thing in ODR, DIRTY TOILETS AND WHEN TOU INFORM THE STAFF THEY SEEM JUST TOO BUSY WITH SERVING BEHIND THE COUNTERNot good enough ODR..I have complained many times but nothing changes.

Tried to fuel up with LPG, didn't work at all, guy working there completely useless had no idea what he was doing said yeah I'll fix that later" how does that help me? Should be fired"

I am so sick off only getting one bottle of cold coke and been told by the service operator that you can get 4 for $10.00 instead of paying over $ 5.00 for one. But they do not restock the fridges before the night staff start ( which is only 1staff member )& there is no other cold bottles of that coke, but there is heaps of hot one's. Will not be going again and I will advise my friends and school associates not to visit this store.

I'm not happy with tonight's service.The server was not understanding what was said to him he got my order wrong with 2 items I actually felt like he ripped me off because of this happeningOnly until I got home then had realised he gave the wrong item so I had to go back for the right item. I am not happy this time unlike any other time that I've been at the OTR store of Davoren park 5113I do actually thank the other staff member for apologiesing for that male staff.Thank you to the female OTR staff.3:35 am

Pathetic customer service today by “Vick” at the counter! Needed to get a copy of a receipt for the drinks I purchased but she made zero effort getting me a receipt instead she keeps saying that she threw it away and had no idea where! Clearly didn’t make an effort to look! Very unprofessional and poor excuse.
