Went in today with my son to buy some bits for our new boat. Will who served us was amazing, helping us find everything we needed and sharing great advice and tips for our first fishing trip. Boating Camping FishingWe are having funBoating Camping FishingFun for everyoneThese guys are excellent in customer service and support, couple weeks ago I came in looking for a few items, they didn't have two of the items, right in front of me they made calls to other store to ensure product is still on shelves, I couldn't get to the other store so these guys made sure to get it in and called me once arrived, I only managed to collect today & the products are great I even got a few extra, I'll brag about the fire starter, as soon as I got home I did try it out and works amazing, it even has a whistle incase of bear attacks.Thanks BCF Keysborough

Edit: The store manager called me soon after I left the store and made arrangements for me to get another one brought in from another state.An unexpected and very welcome level of service. Very happy to have a positive outcome. Will definitely look at BCF again.......Ordered 2 items via click and collect, staff put it behind the counter but when I came to get it there was only one.. not happy
