Bought some fresh squid tubes against my better judgement, they smell and look old. I should’ve paid better attention! In the bin they go, not risking that. Will not buy from here again. Nothing looked particularly fresh.

The service should be better than the current horrible condition and the staff should know how to properly cut and present the requested fish as ordered not being a total jackass at both. Furthermore, the fish bought are inedible and is never cut the way desired. Also the behaviour experienced from one indian staff is below acceptable customer service.

Fresh fish" looks about two weeks old. Dull skin and sunken white eyes. I wouldn't touch any of them. Disgusting. It's a wonder that they are still in business. Even the fried products are tasteless and boring. Chips are terrible."

Bought crabs worth $50+ and all gone to waste! It smells and the meat is mushy already which indicates it’s not FRESH at all! Ended up throwing it all not eating it. Don’t waste your money here.

Fresh fish made to order. I didn't want their standard battered fish option on the menu, they offered to batter and cook fresh any of the fresh fish options in the display. Chose the snapper and it was delicious! Super happy with the quality and service!

Love costi when I visit Sydney. Sadly this franchise is pretty bad. Completely tasteless fish and bland chips. Only interesting aspect was the fluorescent yellow glow to the chips. I’m now sitting on the dunny 30min later hitting the eject button.
