Be Hive Yoga
As a single mum with a busy life I was so grateful there was a family yoga option of a Saturday morning. I think what was the most surprising was how much my 7 year old boy and 12 year old girl absolutely loved it! They were doubtful before the session though not even knowing what yoga would be like as it was their first yoga session haha. Kate made us all feel at complete ease from the get-go. She made it feel so fun, comfortable and supportive. I still can’t believe how much we all thoroughly enjoyed it and cannot wait for our next session!

My 1st time ever of Yoga! Stephen was a great trainer introducing me to this. I could feel the movements and stretches in a positive way during the session. I now have appreciation for this training style! If you've never tried, you're missing out.

Have visited many yoga studios in last 10 years, never went back after the first class, the instructor or the routine, didn't gel with me... found the most perfect instructor at Behive Yoga and various routines on offer.. Kate the instructor is absolutely amazing, I leave class feeling balanced, connected, energised, calm and capable.... for a small cost of $40 per week, there is no limit to how many classes I attend. Behive Yoga is a gift to my mind, body and soul. Thank you Kate, you are an EXCEPTIONAL instructor #behiveyoga

Be Hive Yoga
I recently visited Be Give Yoga studio in Brisbane and was very impressed. The studio is beautifully set up as a calm and peaceful environment. Stephen is an experienced teacher and gave me some very helpful breathing and meditation tips that I now incorporate into my daily routine. I highly recommend Be Hive Yoga.
