The Pool Co were fantastic to deal with right from the start. We knew nothing about pools only that we wanted one for the family particular for the warmer months. They took the time to explain the whole process in detail and delivered on all of their promises. When they said they were going to do something, they did it. We were nervous about building a pool as we heard a lot of negative stories from other people who had pools built but our experience was only positive. Plus the price was extremely competitive. They built the pool of our dreams ready for summer and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

Peter & his team were extremely professional from start to finish. The job ran seamlessly from start to finish with excellent communication about updates along the way giving myself peace of mind.His contractors were very tidy & polite especially the Landscaper who also did an exceptionally great job on the surrounds thus completing my brand new entertainment area.Thanks guys appreciate the hard work

Excellent and easy experience for my quote

I first spoke to Peter on 6 August and he seemed keen. I emailed him a description of the job and posted photos on Google Drive. On 10 August, I called him to confirm that he'd received the info. On 17 August, I rang to check his progress with the quote. He promised to get someone out to measure up in the next couple of days.I haven't heard from them since. If you don't want the work, have the common courtesy to let people know.That's a helluva way to do business. Very, very unprofessional.

Outstanding service, construction and quality. We were recommended to contact The Pool Co by a friend and found them the most approachable pool builder we had come across to date. They worked with us and our situation as we had recently moved into our new home and were half way through our landscaping. The Pool Co understood our situation and developed a plan that would fit within our timeline and tailored a payment schedule that worked for us. The owners were onsite regularly and at key points of the project and helped us make changes on the fly to make the best decisions along the way. They connected us with local specialists suppliers of tiles and fencing that allowed us to personalise our pool to suite our design ideas. We are really happy with our new pool and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Peter and George!
