Go Green Car Wash (Port Melbourne)

I have been to many car washes and the new laser machine at this car wash has put a coat on that 3 weeks later still looks freshly cleaned. Car washes are not car washes. This place is stand out. Rea the manger encouraged me to try it and it was worth every cent.

Not happy at !!!! Used the vacuums to clean my car inside no suction at all. Tried another one and it was the same. Left with brown mud all inside my car from the handle. Obviously they do not maintain and clean them. Not worth using !

Have just used GoGreen drive through brush wash and it ripped the rear number plate right off my car. The plate was sheared off from its screws. It was NOT loose as claimed by GoGreen woman who said I was just another complaining Aussie. Car had been serviced 2 days earlier and number plate had been secured. Windows we’re still dirty too!

Professional and high quality service. This is the only car wash I’ll ever go to and trust. I travel 25 minutes to get to go green and am always completely satisfied with their services. Highly recommend!

The most APPALLING behaviour from the young girl working here today - who was using intimidation tactics to yell at my husband for drying his car after it had been washed (mind you there was no one waiting behind him, and no sign to say you can’t dry your car) - and stood right there by our car telling him to leave now. There were other witnesses there today, and she was clearly oblivious to how rude she was treating him. Looks like new management has taken over- no contact phone number, no support to be provided when the person who should be providing you that support is TERRORISING the customers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, being locals to the area this is so incredibly disappointing. We have no choice but to leave a bad review which will be overwritten with other fake positive reviews since you can’t contact the owner via any other means. I actually can’t believe it.

Used the automatic car wash. However, screen asked if I wanted the gold or platinum wash….but didn’t explain what the difference was. Chose the cheaper option in principle. Car is clean on the outside, no longer dusty. Unable to navigate back to vacuums after going through the wash - kind of odd.

Facilities were fine but we were a little surprised to find out that the minimum card payment was $7. Fine if you need a thorough wash, but a bit of a rip off if you just need a quick once over.
