Machines regularly charge you and don’t start, meaning you have to pay again. I contacted them via email to address the issue and get my money refunded, along with screenshots of my bank showing the 2 payments within a minute of each other, however, they sent me their ‘records’ and it only shows one payment because the first one was cancelled but I was still charged. I tried to follow up by asking what would be done about this and they simply ignored my email.So if you don’t like money, this is definitely the place for you because you’ll be charged when the machines frequently cancel your cycle. This has happened to me numerous time and also to many of my friends. I also work on reception in the hostel and we get complaints on a weekly basis from our guests telling us they’ve been charged but it said the transaction was cancelled.Side note, a lot of my clothes actually come out with stains that were not there when they went in, so I’ve probably lost a lot more than just the double charged in damaged clothes.When I initially called to complain, the woman who answered the phone was also very rude from the start before I had even brought up my issue. Overall seems like a sham of a business and would not recommend to anyone who values either their clothes or their money.

This laundromat has 6 dryers and about 9 washing machines. BYO detergent. Nit a fan of how piles of powder are often sitting in the hopper.

One of the biggest struggle for the people like me, who rarely go to the Laundromat, is to be able to quickly operate the machine in 2 mins and off you go.Called up Mark, and he nicely explained how to operate both washer and dryer. He was very friendly, and eager to help.Besides, all the machines have tap-and-go, so no more stress of carrying coin,notes. Just use your phone to tap your card.Washing was done nicely, and dryer worked fantastic. Hot off the press clothes. Both looked simple to operate and top notch machines.I am not a frequent visitor, but will definitely recommend this Laundromat to everyone.

First time I’ve gone to use a laundromat in forever & this place was great for washing my king size doona!The space was very clean, instructions were easy to follow & payWave available! Only took 24 mins to wash then in the dryer for 30 mins & done! BYO washing powder etcCarpark out front & street parking available. There is a table to fold your clothes & some chairs inside to sit on. Lots of places to eat next door / across the road to help pass time or snack in the car.Highly recommend! Will definitely use again!
