Recently my partner and I was interested in applying for a rental property through Springvale Harcourts, where I encountered unprofessional and deceptive Customer Service by Rental Agent Michelle Nguyen.On Monday 29th August I submitted an online inquiry to inspect a property from Springvale Harcourts through the Real Estate App but did NOT received any contact until I called and emailed on 7th September. This agent's reasoning for the delay was due to the property having renovations and not being ready for an inspection. Which was reasonable.This agent told me she would contact me this week to arrange an inspection. She even sounded convincing with “I have a great feeling about your application!”To follow up, this week there has been no contact made via a phone call or an email from her. I called today to be stunned by her response that “this property has been leased and I gave it to someone else and emailed you”. I have not received any emails.I am very disappointed in the service (or lack of) provided and I highly recommend if you're looking for a rental agent, to look elsewhere.

Service not professional, poor English. Highly recommend don’t come to buy it rental with them . Very bad .
