Highly recommend The Beauty Room - Ush is very professional & reliable taking good care of my lashes for over a year. The same lashes that had been cut with scissors by another lash tech much to my horror. My lashes are always amazing & thriving with new lash growth. It’s never a bother to book in advance for future appointments & I’ve never been cancelled on or left waiting around. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing service!! Lashes and brows have always come out better then expected and at a great price. Peaceful surrounding, great chats and when needed very accepting of my little one coming in with me to my appointment (he is a baby so usually make the time to line up with his nap)

Unfortunately it has come to this as I have been blocked for simply asking my money back for the poor eyelash extension service I had here. Ush is a lovely woman and was a pleasure to deal with when I visited her. I was first charged $110 after i was informed it was $105 - no problem. After a day my eyes were so irritated, itchy and PAINFUL. I mentioned I had them done a few years back where they were a bit irritated too so thought it was just me! I had to get them off from another lash technician who informed me that they had been glued onto multiple natural lashes causing my real lashes to break and fall off. I knew it wasn’t me because my new lashes have not irritated me once. I messaged Ush if I could get my money back and she replied with no as she charges for her time - so basically not if the lashes are good or bad.No problem, I was okay to drop it until I tried sending my reply and to my surprise - I was blocked. Not very professional.

I am a regular client who has had various treatments treatments with Ush...all carried out in her beautiful home salon. My eyebrows always look fabulous when she has finished. Ush also tints my eyelashes and has given me fabulous lash extensions on occasions. She is professional and I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Wouldn't trust my lashes with anyone else.Ush is an absolute perfectionist. Her attention to detail, level of professionalism and quality of work is second to-none. I can always count on her to have my lashes looking on point!

Ush is so professional from the moment myself and my daughter stepped in .I had a brow wax and tint and my 14yr old daughter had a brow waxUsh was so lovely with my daughter and was so caring and we have been happy with Ush service ,She is consistent with her work every time we go and see her .

I've always had issues with my brows and since finding/meeting Ush, I now have perfect brows. I started with shaping, then added henna and after 3yrs, finally got something more permanent - powder brows - and I LOVE them!!! I cannot recommend Ush enough. Her attention to detail/perfection is fantastic!! Thanku Ush!!!
