I was glad that we took the time to look through the cars at Berwick Nissan. We found Udi our salesperson very approachable and helpful. He listened to our families needs and provided sound advice, and different test drive options. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured by Udi and when a small issue arose he dealt with it respectfully. A full tank of petrol and extended test drive options was a nice touch. We will certainly return for servicing in the future. Thank you Udi and Berwick Nissan.

I just sold a car there today and was looked after by Chris Tough, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Chris offered a generous price and couldn’t have been more professional throughout our dealings. Even though they’re an hour drive from where I live, after the service I received I will definitely consider selling or purchasing cars through Berwick Nissan in the future

Cath and l could not be more impressed with Adam and Vicky.Adam was so patient with us oldies trying to explain everything about our new car. He even noticed the back number plate was not even, so he adjusted it before we left.I told him l would give him 10/10, so here it is Adam. 10. Cheers.The same goes for Vicky, she gave us a great deal on the Dash Cams and Tinted windows. And connected up the Dash Cam to our phones and explained everything very clearly to us. Replacing the family car was not an easy process in the current market. walking into Berwick Nissan ended the process. Eddie's relaxed and friendly manner made it easier for us to ask our many questions and feel confidant in our choice without feeling pushed into making a decision. We bought a black X-trail TI-L 2023 with the tan interior and thanks to Eddie for assuring us that the tan interior is the way to go and it looks better in person than online. He wasn't wrong- we love our new car.
