I contacted Hannah at Zenn Design for a custom Krystal upholstered bed and ottomans for a client who wanted to invest in quality pieces for their home renovation. Hannah was always prompt to answer my queries and was very helpful with the sourcing of the custom fabric my clients chose. Her service was excellent and delivery time frames were outstanding considering it was the Christmas rush period.Their products are stunning and my clients are extremely happy with their new bed and ottomans.It was a pleasure working with Hannah and I look forward to specifying more Zenn Design products in the future.

Simple wording really. End product was great however Hannah the owners arrogance gets in the way of her professionalisation. She is rude and will never take accountability for any flaws in a process. Customer service is terrible except for one subcontractor that she has which is their saving grace as Hannah cannot personally deliver.It’s interesting what I have experienced others clearly have which is reflected in the reviews.The only things as humans we can manage is our own behaviour, Hannah should focus on this.Save yourself further embarrassment by not responding.
