I received excellent advice from Kim yesterday. He gave me honest feedback on my coffee machine. I wouldn't hesitate to return, and yes I'll bring my machine in for a service!

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and service here - they are absolutely wonderful. Staff are so knowledgeable, professional and friendly and the turnaround time for resuscitating my 14 year old domestic coffee machine was amazingly fast. Would highly recommend their services!!!Just make sure you contact them first to arrange an appointment, as they are often very busy with call-outs so the office is not always attended. They are, after all essential services aren't they?There is also a great coffee shop next door, in case you need to wait a bit!
