If Philips tells you to take your TV to these guys, just throw it out. You'll just line SSS's pockets, have an uprofessional experience and have your TV serviced by people that don't even understand it's functions then gas light you because they don't know how to fix it. Money Wasted and a poor after taste.

I've been waiting weeks for my very common (re replacement parts) Samsung tv to be rectified. There has been next to zero contact from this company. I was told over the office that a technician will try to look at it and fix it in house. Though friendly, nice and professional in appearance the man came in with no tools and no intention to fix the tv. Only to take it and start this long process.My mate had the exact same issue and got the screen rectifired by Samsung in his home whilst he has breakfast and that was just three days contacting Samsung Australia.Our extended warranty through @Thegoodguys dictated that we had to use SSS Tech.I would propose to any would be company choosing a repair centre to reconsider SSS as a partner. To any person looking for a repair to go elsewhere.

Just wanted to share the amazing experience we have had with SSS tech solutions. We recently had a Sony TV repair and the experience from the initial phone call to the the service person attending to the job was amazingThe team were very pleasant to deal with over the phone, professional, the follow up was fantastic, accommodating with service call booking, staff were very helpful and followed up all my queries in a very timely manner.The gentlemen that attended to the repair was very knowledgeable, courteous, gave me very clear instructions on what we needed to do to complete the service of the TV, he presented very well and represented the company to high standard, he didn’t make a mess and was very polite.I have dealt with many service companies and trades over the years and I have yet to deal with a company that the entire team that was as friendly, efficient, professional as SSS tech Solutions.Keep up the great work.

My Sony T.V was assigned to this business as it was proved to be faulty by the tech that visited.They took our t.v and said they will update us in 5 business days. 3 weeks later, no update. Contacted the shop and they said there's nothing wrong with the T.V. I told them to check again and they mixed my T.V with someone else.They said they will start working on it from that day. Another 2 weeks later, no update. We had to contact them and they said they will fix it soon.

Terrible service. I dropped the Sony Tv to the store to save the $45 fee. Was told that the $55 assessment would be refunded if Sony covered the repair (power board issue). Sony did a warranty repair. There was a mix up on their end and over three weeks passed by before a tech turned up at my house to ‘repair’ my tv which of course they had at the store! Picked up the tv myself and wasn’t refunded my $55. They put stickers on the screen that have left a tacky residue. Which they said peel off but clearly don’t. If you’re getting a Sony warranty repair ask to have it done elsewhere.

Referred by Sony for an Out of Warranty TVGood communications, diagnosed issue over the phone.Arrived with the required parts + common spares.- Professional- Arrived On-Time- Courtesy 30min notification prior to Arrival- TV fixed in only a few minutes- Engineer was extremely knowledgeable and tolerance of my questions.

My almost 5 year old Sony Smart TV developed vertical lines on the left side of the screen. I contacted Sony they referred me to SSS Tech Solutions. SSS charged me $99 to send a technician to my home. $55 of that would go towards any repair that I authorised.Their technician diagnosed the issue and reported back to Sony. Sony gave a quote for the repair. SSS asked if I still had Proof of Purchase which I subsequently emailed to them. SSS then negotiated with Sony and the screen was replaced including parts and labour at no additional cost to me. I now have a 1 year warranty on the screen.I found the communication and service of both the office staff and technicians of SSS Tech Solutions to be outstanding. Sony are also to be praised for both referring me to SSS and for replacing my screen.

My Sony TV broke down about a month ago, contacted Harvey Norman, warranty was only for a year and i've had it for 4 years, so had to contact Sony which I did. They put me through to SSS Tech who is contracted to inspect and fix the TV. They called me to gather some details before informing me that they'll be ordering the parts for the fix.A week or so after, contacted me again to schedule in an on-site to fix it. Today, a gentleman by the name of Thanh came over, called earlier to say he's running late, it was a busy friday and I was home so no biggie. The overall experience was pleasant, he is extremely professional and everything was done in under half an hour or so. I'm very pleased with the outcome and the overall service.All in all, the turn around is about 3-4 weeks but I expected that and the experience itself, dealing with Sony and SSS Tech wasn't painful so I am glad.
