Saturday morning, about to back the car out and 'bang', the wire on the roller door breaks. Tony was out in 30 minutes and made a temporary repair to get us out of the poo.

At first contact asked for a few jobs to be done. Was told we'd have to wait around three weeks. Eight weeks later (after asking him for an update) a sub contractor came to do part of the job. Have tried contacting Tony via messenger again about the rest of the job. Auto response. That was 6 days ago. All customers want is good communication, and then stick to what is discussed. If you can't, contact the customer, keep us informed. Very disappointed.

So disappointed, Tony did well for the first two times he came, then on the third a malfunction happened, on the request of Tony, he tried to fix it, he couldn’t, that was the Wednesday, said he was going away for the weekend but would ask a mate how to fix the problem he caused, I’ve never heard from him again, I’ve sent txt mess that weren’t nasty, he never answered his ph to talk to you, I highly recommend you go else where, he doesn’t care about you as a client
