Chemist Warehouse Taree

Would not recommend. Very unhelpful service. Two times we have tried to return unused items and have been refused a refund. One was purchased the day before completely unused probiotics for babies. The other was a click and collect order that I attempted to return at the time of collection which was refused. This item had not even left the premises. Ridiculous service. Manager is horrible. I would shop across the road at Taree Discount Chemist as they have a great returns policy.

I came here to get antibiotics and I was told by a young lady they don’t stock it?

Both times I've been in there the service was great, the lady's were lovely and very helpful. Both times I went in I found exactly what I needed and each time I was shocked about how much money I saved. There range of makeup is the best in taree and the best prices aswell, get in there while the specials are still on. I love this place!!!

I always write positive reviews because being a buisness owner I appreciate good, honest and considerate Service, and buisnesses that use common sense, unfortunately not todayI have major surgery coming up and my surgeon put me on a strict diet and suggested Opti Fast, my husband unfortunately bought the wrong brand took it back the next day and was told he couldn't swap it , we hadn't opened it and had the receipt, we have probably spent over a $1000 in that shop over the last year and he said to the girl so you'd prefer to loose a client than swap a box of Opti Fast ??? She didn't care less, she said that was the policy, what a ridiculous policy to have in place for a simple product like Opti Fast, I rang up once my husband got home and wanted to speak to the manager, of cause the manager was busy and she became quite smug with me on the phone which angered me greatly and yes I swore at her, I do apologize for that .... but I didn't like her attitude.To whom may own this buisness, you may not care but now we have retired and need lots of different items from a chemist we won't be spending our hard earned money with you.I am gobsmacked you just couldn't swap a Box of Opti Slim for a Box of Opti Fast within 24 hours of purchasing it.

Never getting a script here again. 1 script was not in stock. The 2nd script needs to remain with pharmacy. I was told by pharmacist to go to my usual pharmacist for this, I said I was moving and why couldn't I take my script here? He then proceeded to ask me where I was moving to. Then tells me its not in stock. Not an offer to order in either of these medications. Some of the staff are extremely rude, but alot of them are extremely helpful and kind. I'm not one to complain, but this is the 3rd recent problem I've had with this pharmacy.

Fantastic customer service. Staff were accommodating to my needs. Will use their Click & Collect service again.

Just visited for few basic medication, as usual Chemist Warehouse is my preferred pharmacy for medicine

I think I accidentally deleted an eScript. However Anthony managed to find the store's copy & forwarded it to me. Saved me an unnecessary visit to the doctor. Today my wife picked up a special order script & discovered the doctor had prescribed the wrong medication. Anthony reversed the already processed script.

It needs to be managed better. Shelves are empty. Staff are young and need training in product knowledge. Could be a good pharmacy if managed better.
