Easy to find, check in fast and easy. Booked using their own website. Place old but very tidy and clean. Perfect for one night stay. Toilet and shower in one room, wash basin in main room.We requested fresh milk and was delighted to have some waiting in fridge upon arrival.

Coffs Harbour Pacific Palms Motel
We stayed here in October 2022. The room smelled of wet dog, the beds looked very old and stained, the carpet needed replacing. The ceiling needed replacing/painting as well as there was a giant obscenity on the ceiling that you look at directly when laying in bed. They had tried painting over it, but it was clearly not a good job. We had children with us so it was really disappointing to see this. The staff were lovely. We just really did not like the state of the rooms.

Coffs Harbour Pacific Palms Motel
An excellent place for a stop over for a few days. Right in the heart of CBD, walking distance to all shops and stores, especially for eating anf enjoying good food. The staff is very good in their services. The rates are very reasonable and affordable. We have been staying for a few nights each month since long, more than a year now. Raj and Clare.

Older style motel that has had a recent refurbishment. King bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Reasonable price. Would stay there again.

Beautiful staff members, a lovely family operated business. Rooms were very clean with all fresh linen, bowls, plates and cutlery all available with condiments upon arrival.Cleaners daily, with linen refreshments if needed all you have to do is ask. A nice big smart tv available with Netflix and YouTube built into the system and the pool area was always clean.It was a pleasure to stay with my family and I enjoyed saying hello to the owners. Would recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Coffs Harbour close to everything you need. A very welcoming experience. Thankyou guys.

Coffs Harbour Pacific Palms Motel
I arrived on a day where there were construction works happening and I was forced to find street parking. This was inconvenient for me as I had a lot of luggage. The hotel is situated on the main road and as a result, you can hear the B-double truck's breaks all night. Even though I was placed in the middle of the hotel, I was still able to hear the noise and I had a restless night sleep. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had been newly renovated and the shower pressure was good. A basin was in the room. Plenty of bench space. The best part of the stay were the operators - they were very friendly and willing to have a chat. Very apologetic about the construction work.

Coffs Harbour Pacific Palms Motel
Very clean rooms which was impressive and quite unexpected actually. Great hot water and shower pressure. Very comfortable king bed and very decently sized room. A few of the toiletries were empty on the first day but filled again when asked. Noisy on the main road with cars and trucks which is the main detractor. Convenient and walking distance to the shops - cafe and woolies. Would recommend if you want somewhere inexpensive to stay and aren't too concerned about noise.
