Tone was brilliant to deal with & so helpful. I needed an orchid to send but she didn’t have any left in store. She advised that the next day was market day & she would see what she could source & call me back after the market. She was true to her word & found a lovely orchid & gift wrapped it & delivered it the same day. Thanks for such wonderful service.

For the amount of money spent on the arrangements the end result was tiny and not what I expected. It would have been embarrassing if the recipient knew what I spent compared to what I got. Very disappointing and I feel I was taken advantage of cause I ordered and paid online and trusted I would get something decent.

This beautiful lady went above and beyond. Was closing her shop and stayed back just to make a bouquet of floors for my mum. Not only is she staying back but she personally delivered them to make sure they got to her before the end of the day. 10/10 service. Would reccomend. Thank you so much
