We bought a house with a very worn out run down concrete pool. You should see it now. We couldn’t be happier. This is our 3rd summer swimming in our fabulous pool.We were given great advise and different solutions to fix it to our budget. Even help with the colours and different quality of pavers.My husband is a very particular tradesman and he was impressed with the quality of work.You couldn’t meet a finer person than Trina and her workers. Initially the service was prompt, however it didn't continue that way with continual delays and re-scheduling of appointments.There were issues with the quality of the work performed, which only after some coaxing to the owner did they send employee's back to fix" the work that hadn't been done properly. They didn't check the standard to see if it had been then completed properly which it hadn't.The standard of the work still wasn't completed to a high standard and the pool is still leaking. I let the business owner know about this however they were not interested and simply referred me to another supplier.
