Wonderful experience! The best nail salon I've ever been to. They even do eyelash extensions as well. Today I got my eyelashes done by Bella and It was amazing. She is lovely and really pays attention to detail. Highly recommend

This is the worst nail place I have ever been to! I have had multiple horrible experiences here only went back because they had a new lady that was good who sadly left. They treat customers poorly and are very rude. I got acrylic shellac done on Thursday and one fell off the next day and the rest of the nails are cracking and are painful. I went back there to ask them to redo the nails and they said they would fix the one that fell off but I would have to pay for a whole new set. This service is disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves

I literally just left there... my nails look like the do after two weeks! I noticed the gap after the first coat so I asked if she could make sure to start from the nail growing point she said yes and kept doing the sameSuch a poor and unprofessional service!!

This was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised. It's unlike any salon I've ever seen! The nail design is fantastic. Everything is done with care. This will be my new favourite salon. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

First time customer, had shellac done on my own nails, asked for a manicure.. not sure what I received could be classed a manicure.. my nails were cut to different lengths, the shape wasn’t that great either.. she applied the nail polish quite well (3 coats), but there was no top coat? Shouldn’t there be a top coat? Anyway they didn’t even last 1 week and I paid $45. Not impressed at all and won’t be returning.

I had the most terrible experience in this place today. I came for normal pedicure . First of all the water in the foot spa was cold . It took five attems by staff members to make it right temperature. The senior female staff member was careless and arrogant. She done pedicure very briefly , barely touching my feet for the foot massage. I asked for the slippers to walk out from the store. At first she responded that they do not have any. Then she broth me a pair paperthin sleepers for the right foot .When is ask her that i need one sleeper for my left foot -she answered that they have all the same sleepers. The for the third time she went to search again and finally found left foot sleeper. In addition to that i would like to say that all staff very careless and do not care about the work they do. Also the premises i found dirty, untidy and unorganized. Would never recommend to go to this horrible place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.Asked to cut some of the length of my nails, not all - they were cut all the way down.Was asked what shape I like, I said square, she agreed to square, then shaped them round, leading to more length being taken to square them back out.The colour was all around my fingers and hands were left sticky and covered in left over acetone and SNS.She then touched all of the nails while they were still wet and then instead of fixing them, added oil and sent me on my way.Also charged full price for this hack job.I had to go straight to another salon to get them redone, Where the staff could not believe the state of my hands.Ontop of all of this, 3 staff members stood in front of my Mum picking on her feet while she was in for her very first pedicure. Something she had been very self conscious about for a long time.I have never been more disgusted in so called professionals" in my life.Would not recommend to anyone - ever."

The worst experience ever! Highly unprofessional, rude, racist and money minded staff.After waiting for long, when my nails were attended to, i was left half way by the lady who went on to do the nails of another customer. So I waited for another half an hour and then went to her and politely asked how long would it take as i had to pick up my daughter from the day care. I guess she didn't like being questioned for leaving me half way, so when she came back she buffed my skin along with the nail and was totally unapologetic about it. And when she completed my nails, I was packing up to take my things to which she taunted me “you have to pick up your daughter right”.If you are busy, tell the customers you are busy! Don't ask everybody to take a seat and leave them hanging around in the middle of the job. And say Sorry if you hurt someone accidentally or rather purposely! And the most important thing, watch your tongue! I wasn't getting a job done for free, I invested my money, time and a lot of patience in the task!Never going back here Of course, cos you can forget who did nice nails for you but you will never forget how you were treated along the process. And there are many nail salons out there, so pls keep your arrogance to yourselves!

The lady was rude. No smile , she did one hand more layers and when pointed out she got grumpy. The shape is bad and they said I can pay card and at the end the system didn’t t work I had to pay cash. Never going here again. I should have checked the review before going. :(
