Great service, very pet friendly! Highly recommend to anyone needing to transport their pets in the air

What do you do when you need to relocate to Tasmania from Melbourne with: one extra large dog with joint issues who needs a zoo-sized crate and cannot be vaccinated; one very anxious rescue dog liable to snap at strange handlers; one timid black cat; and two budges? Oh, and you also want to travel with the animals yourself? Simple - call Pawmobile! I looked into other options before I found Fi and the Pawmobile team, but nobody else could or would help. Fi understood my animals' needs and organised it all with a private plane charter which turned out to be the cheapest option anyway, all things considered. The animals travelled so well (especially the budgies who thought real flying was a hoot). And I got to sit up front with pilot Rueben, who was great fun and didn't even mind my backseat flying. Thank you so much, Pawmobile! I will be forever grateful.

Coco just loves flying with the Pawmobile team! She's a frequent flyer, and needs a wee bit of TLC - she definitely does not like being treated like cargo. Fi and the team are very obviously animal lovers who treat every one of their passengers as VIPs. Coco and I cannot recommend Pawmobile highly enough :-)

A great experience flying down with my anxious dog - Cathy and Fi really care about your pet’s experience and want to help you have the best flight possible. If you fly as well you get to see your pet the whole time plus talk to the pilot. Highly recommend Pawmobile to get your pet to Tasmania, especially if they are nervous or reactive travellers.

My second time using Pawmobile to get my pup from Melbourne to Tassie. Little Hazel is a very anxious nervous puppy - the care from Pawmobile was as I've come to expect - exceptional. From cleaning her up minutes before departure as she had soiled her crate, helping me collect her at the other end in a way that wouldn't stress her and then even a follow up call from Fi (the owner and pilot) later in the day to see how she was going, Pawmobile goes above and beyond in their care. I was amazed at how relaxed all the pups were as they disembarked (no pun intended!) - no barking and lots of waggy tails when reunited with their owners. Don't trust anyone else to fly your pets, full stop! Here are my two goofballs - happy after their travels with Pawmobile!

Amazing, convenient and friendly service!I have flown my cat with Pawmobile several times and will continue to do so.They take really good care of all the pets and often send me photos from the plane! Super convenient for me to send my cat from Melbourne to Devonport for when I'm visiting home. Much quicker and safer than the boat and more personal and caring than a normal plane.

I first used Pawmobile during the COVID-19 pandemic as an alternative to the more well know pet freight companies due to lack of availability and increased costs.Pawmobile’s booking process, check in, care towards the pets and communication are fantastic. Their approach is very personal and I love that the pets are able to fly and are supervised within the main cabin of the aircraft when flying.I’ve since used Pawmobile multiple times and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Pawmobile has been a God send in transporting my Tibetan Spaniels tothe mainland. I have been using this transport option for the last 3years and am most impressed by their attention to detain, their promptcommunication with both myself and my puppy people.Being in Tasmania it is very hard to transport Tibetan Spanielsinterstate, nigh on impossible at times. Pawmobile has been invaluableand they are an awesome organisation to work with.Their pricing and availability is second to none.
