Ethan is very enthusiastic, positive and helpful. He knows his stuff very well and if he doesn’t he is happy to find out. I have very basic home and small business needs for iPhone and laptop on iCloud and general storage, backups , settings, and recovery of an old drive. Ethan is excellent at dealing with my basic level of knowledge and understanding and explaining things very clearly and comprehensively. His rates are alsoVery reasonable. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone.
