We started out on Saturday for a leisurely bike ride when it was suddenly cut short by a puncture on the Seaford wetland track.After picking up my bike in the ute, we drove to Velo Therapy where the amazing Tim fixed the puncture (after a bit of wrangling with removing and replacing the back wheel) while my husband and I sipped on coffees from the on-site café.In no time we were back on track for our ride to Mordialloc.Would definitely recommend Velo Therapy for prompt and great value service!

Wanted to share my experience with Ryan, Toby and the Team @ Velo Therapy. Cannot believe it has taken me so long to find these Guys...the service they offer is phenomenal and cannot recommend them highly enough. After losing my LBS, I went to another store where I just haven't experienced anywhere near the service I was used to. Insert Ryan and the Team! Do yourself a favor, if you are in the South East of Melbourne, make Velo Therapy your LBS! Cheers

What can I say, I have finally found the only bike shop u should visit. Ryan serviced my favourite cannondale supersix hi-mod and did a tremendous job, he kept me informed through the process and the bike is performing perfectly. I took my other bike to him as well and the same fantastic service was received. I cannot recommend Velo Therapy and Ryan highly enough thankyou for the great service.

Velo Therapy is an Artful bike shop; where One Team delivers excellent professional work with up-to-date knowledge! + the Coffee Shop staff have outstanding coffee-making skills providing it at a friendly price! Information about the best gear-up includes a range of familiar brands - all available at the shop! I highly recommend passionate cyclists riding past not to hesitate to drop in and wonder about the Velo Therapy experience!!!Thank you, Toby, Ryan, Giggles & the Velo Therapy family, for their welcoming attitude!

Fantastic local bike shop and would highly recommend for anyone new or experienced with cycling. Ryan has been so friendly, helpful, took the time with me to talk through any problems and goes above and beyond when needed to get your bike back on the road. Great customer service, excellent products on hand and will definitely keep returning. Anyone who is into any type of cycling should find an awesome local bike shop like Velo Therapy.

Massive thanks to Ryan for looking after my bike (and me). I’ve been to many bike shops (especially within and around Frankston) but Velo Therapy is really next level when it comes to customer service. Ryan is not only a great mechanic he also cares about the environment and quality of products his team stocks in store.

Fantastic service and staff go out of their way to ensure they find the right product for you! I needed to find a local bike shop in 2021 after moving interstate, these guys have been legends to deal with and I highly recommend them for purchasing bikes and servicing. Good range of high bikes, quality parts and accessories.
