My Little Canele
Picked up a few dozens of the original caneles and everywhere we went they were a great hit! Personally had them the day after and they were still perfection (with the reheating guidance from Carl). Nice and crispy on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside! Will have to return to try the other flavours!

Fab little caneles, really well made and very similar to what you'd find in France! Outside was crisp and sticky and inside was soft and bouncy. $65 for 24 and fairly large in size for canele! Also love that they are a new small business and really lovely people so happy to support them!

My favourite canele in Sydney! I had been struggling to find a canele that held up to Baillardran in Bordeaux until I’ve tried the canele from Carl and Snez! They arrived warm at my doorstep and was crunchy and chewy on the outside with a perfect custard centre. This will definitely not be my last order!

My Little Canele
We ordered a dozen delivered for the weekend and they arrived still warm. So excited to try them we couldn't stop at one. Perfectly baked, they were soft on the inside with a buttery thin crust on the outside. They were the perfect sized accompaniment to our morning coffee. Not overly sweet they are a delicious treat.

My first time order with them, very impressive the texture,taste was really spot on the sweetness was perfect, caramelized texture just so good, i gave a few to my friends to taste and they respond so well. These little morsels filled with custard were absolutely divine. Loved the caraméliséd crust and the soft gooey custard on the inside. Also enjoyed it even more because it was not overly sweet or eggy. Thanks guys. Will definitely order again.
