As a 75 yo pensioner I must admit the $135 service fee was not expec ted however on reflection... it is to cover running costs of office and staff and vehicles insurances and general maintenance which as a 1 off payment is better than a higher hourly rate . The work done on my unit was excellent showed extreme thought and care the power died it is a complicated and time consuming process the tradesman showed quick thinking to work out the problem... a task the other electrical company the night before could not do. Very impressed and 100% 10/10 GOOD WORK .THANKYOU
