Great newly opened op shop. Probably has to be the newest op shop in the west. Savers has a huge variety of clothing, even for men, but prices can go all over the place (From $5 to $20 clothing). You get what you pay because if you're looking at budget clothing from here, the quality of the clothes will have deteriorated. But then again there might be the odd one or two good quality budget clothes, which I found a Country Road Dress Pants Size 36 for about $6.50 (which isn't too bad for Savers and an op shop in Melbourne these days).However, there are some discounts you can get. There is a 20% off sale for students on Sundays, and 20% off sale for Seniors on Mondays.The location is a bit off considering this has to be one of the closest Savers in the West, but isn't as accessible as the Vinnie's in Altona North for the entire community. But the location would be fine for a local to be honest.Considering the op shop is just about brand new, the cleanliness is excellent.There are some disappointing things to mention in this review, which is that video games are very limited, and the sports section seems small too.There are a wide range of clothes, DVDs, and books too, which I saw The Happiest Refugee" Memoir by Ahn Do below the market value

Customer service is extremely poor. One worker was particularly rude, banging aggressively on the changing room doors demanding that we leave. Unfortunate that an opportunity shop has such little respect and empathy towards customers. 09/04/2023 ~2:00pm

Very rude worker there today. Demanded my friends (young female girls) to exit the stall immediately while we were still changing????!! There was no signage to indicate that there should be only one person per stall - we should not have been approached so aggressively when there were no signs. When given feedback about her aggressive behaviour the worker said “that’s just how I am”

I have visited this place since it opens to public, big and full of different this to buy, the only thing is that some shelves get empty easily, but since it's not retail this happens from time to time.Great place that also has spotlight, G&G and plenty if more businesses across de road and also on Melton side there is several restaurants like okami, lazy Moe's, burger places and more.

Great bargains. Extremely organised, well set out store. Easy to find sizes. Huge variety & ranges to choose from. Self service at checkout. Brilliant helpful staff.Wish it had a cafe attached.

Huge selection of items but clothing and shoes are so much more expensive than your usual Salvos and Vinnies. However I found a Ralph Lauren dress for $24.49 which is a steal.

Savers always has plenty of stock to browse through, which is great for finding some awesome treasures. The staff there are super friendly and helpful, adding to the positive vibes while you shop.

Large selection of items, nice staff, wide aisles, wheelchair accessible changing stall (though the parking lot doesn’t have distinguished footpaths and is confusing meaning I often have to walk on the road but that’s not their fault). A few faults I have is they sort the clothes by gender and that no one wears masks anymore which is disappointing but understandable. The self checkout is very helpful for disabled, anxious and Covid conscious people.

The absolute gem of the west! Amazing prices! Amazing finds and just sooo much fun thirfting. Also love how they bag things up into little suprise style bags. Highly recommend if you love op shopping!
