Jack presented himself to me as a car restoration expert and was entrusted to paint the engine bay and underside of my car. His quote was far from cheap however he assured me I would get a fantastic result. Instead the paintwork is about as backyard as you can get. He didn’t mask anything up and basically painted everything he shouldn’t have. Brand new Shocks, Motec Wiring port, every nut and bolt that he shouldn’t have, dust in all the paint, some areas not enough paint and coming off with just a scratch of a fingernail. Disgusting preparation and even worse paint skills (lack thereof) he then became unresponsive to calls, and I was threatened should I tell the public of my experience. Had the car returned with aluminum guards thrown in the car with other parts thrown on top of them and a dent in the passenger side door like it had been kicked that was not there before. Car needs to be completely stripped and repainted.. Jack refused to give a refund. Buyer beware. This guy is fraudulent in saying he restores cars. Turns out he does not have a spray booth at all. Big money and have to start again with more damage than it started with.

Dick is a legend, gave us a late night tow, dropped us at a hotel and towed us again in the morning. Not to mention finding a piece of the car on the side of the road that belonged to us and returned it later.
