We used Neil and Accurate Caravans for an insurance claim. His prompt service and kind demeanor was appreciated during this stressful time. No question was too silly. Updates were very easy to get. These guys are great and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We had our van serviced there and from the reception to the ease of unhooking and and pick up the service was great. They did a great service on our van and even washed it before we picked it up. Thank you and see you next time

After Going there for repairs to my awning and establishing that it needed replacing, it was a simple and easy process to complete the job. The new awning was ordered fitted to my camper while I waited. They even did another small job at no extra cost. Friendly staff, good service, I would recommend Accurate Caravans to everyone. After a very stupid incident on my part and a separate storm event, I went to Accurate Caravans to get 2 insurance quotes to repair. The process was flawless and because both sides were damaged I spent a bit more money to get some more solid sides put on. They also did a few upgrades and serviced the van while it was there. All I can say is WOW! The quality of the job they did was superb. As you can see by the photos, this was an extensive rebuild and it looks better than new! They were happy for me to come around and check on the progress, nothing was a bother for them. I have nothing but praise for a great company. I have even recommended them to the Hilltop Caravans factory as a recommended repair centre. Great job and congratulations to the entire team!
