I am a regular client. I am loyal by nature. Had my lashes done to go away. Started falling out within a week. Sent a message during my holiday to explain that I wasn't happy and needed to come back as soon as I returned to have them redone. I was then asked to play for the two weeks use? I was very unhappy, I could show my boarding passes to confirm I was away. I won't be returning. Very unhappy.

Had an appointment for 11am. The team was 50 minutes late and I was not notified of this. I asked for volume lashes. Was given classic lashes then charged for volume lashes anyway, after I said I wasn’t happy with them because they weren’t c volume. Have messaged asking to be charged for classics but am being refused a partial refund. I have friends who go here who get volume lashes and theirs are always great. I have been getting mine done for years so I know this is not an issue with my own lashes, like the store is claiming

I continue to come because I love the lashes but don’t love the fact that I was taken in an hour after my scheduled appointment and then told my lashes weren’t going to last because of my fake tan??? Never been told that before and also the artist I had was very painful. Even after all this I was charged $133 for volume lashes. If I personally was running a business and was making people wait over an hour I would definitely be discounting.

This place does amazing nails. The staff here have great service and they do a amazing job. They have a great reputation for there lashes as well. The shop looks great after the recent Reno. Amazing

Although the outcome of my nails are great the three times I’ve been there, this time was different.Last times I got my nails done it was sns with tips and some kind of design.This time I just wanted a plain colour of sns on my natural nails, nothing crazy.When it was time to buff and file, the lady put the nail squeezing things on my fingers to make them ‘smaller’ and ‘look better’ which mind you hurt a lot, I have never had this done on my nails before. It looked nice for about 20 minutes and then my nails started growing back to their natural state and it hurt so much.I hate leaving a review but i have gotten my nails done a lot of times before and this was a weird experience.

got my lashes done here because my normal lash tech was away then went back to my normal lash tech and she tried to do a removal and they weren't coming off. She then told me that they have used nail glue on my lashes that I paid $160 for.

They did great acrylic nails, however the pedicure was not worth the $$ at all. The paint job on the toe nails was good, however the pedicure itself was below average. Super rushed and quick, no dead skin or bits removed like I’ve had in every other pedicure I’ve received. Would definitely go back for nails but not pedicure.

I have done SNS from this place and they kept me waiting 45mins from the appointment time and finished my SNS within 15-20 mins. And the next day two of my nails broke. And within one week almost all of my nails are broken. So disappointing. Do not Recommend.
