Fantastic facilities, the bathroom is like what you'd find at 5 star hotel! A diverse range of clientele, which makes it welcoming for pretty much anyone. They've also thought of everything to give membership fantastic value (infrared sauna, parking validation, variety of classes scheduled throughout the day, access to other gyms, passes for interstate gyms). Last but not least, the very lovely staff at front desk who are friendly and happy to help with anything, there's definitely no cliquey vibes like I've had at previous gyms.

We really love the wide selection of group classes available to almost anytime of the day. From a series of Les Mills classes namely Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Balance, CXWorx, HIIT, RPM, then there's Zumba, Yoga, Boxing and Athletic. Good shower, locker room and steam room facilities too. Try out the gym for a free 5-day pass.

I was visiting Canberra and wanted to work out and found Fitness First Canberra was nearest to where I was staying. Called them and spoke to Joel who invited me to workout for the day. I also got a free towel because I forgot to bring one. Joel was super helpful and answered any questions. Left me really happy and impressed with the professionalism.However, found a few members working out there to be occupying equipments whilst chatting with others and were rude when I asked them if the equipment was free to use.Overall, I will visit soon when in Canberra because of the friendly staff and great facilities. Amazing! I had a guest pass and I enjoyed it. Great staff very friendly. Bathrooms, showers were immaculate. Infrared Sauna was amazing. Considering I used to be an Exercise Physio, the equipment looked good even suitable for rehab and injury recovery. God bless you

This is my local gym and I am very happy with the new centre. Communication is excellent and staff members are generally pretty friendly and helpful. I love the variety of Les Mills classes. Only issue is I wish there was more equipment like the old centre: they removed the stretch cage and there’s a lot less boxes around. Otherwise, really happy with it

Gym equipment is ok but the male toilets are never thoroughly cleaned. Examples are mold in the gym showers and toe nail clippings/dirt in the infra-red sauna. The gym facilities need to be cleaned more often considering it is only one year in operation.

Gym looks alright - I signed up for a trial at 7am on a Saturday. Waited for staff to show up for 30 mins and then left as no one turned up. I picked this gym specifically considering their early opening hours - now I regret not going somewhere else. Not sure if at the end anyone turned up at all…quite unprofessional to be honest - no communication (call, text or email) at all about the delay…There were several other people, who wanted to get in and couldn’t due to absent staff…
