From a Tenant point of view, these guys are truely Professional as their name suggests! We were looking for a short-term rental of less than 2 years while we built our home and after dealing with many other agent's rude and dismissive attitudes because we didn't have a rental history, Avery treated us with respect and were very helpful. They saw the value in the fact that we owned our own home for so many decades and gave us a go. Any maintenance issues were responded to promptly and the end of lease process was transparent, seamless and efficient on their part. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have been renting through Avery for just over 4 years now and they are the best real estate agency I have ever dealt with. I have been a renter for 15+ years and I’ve never come across such amazing service, particularly as a tenant. My property manager Cherie Avery is one of the best in the business in my opinion. She is warm, approachable, professional and friendly. Whenever I have needed anything at all, whether it be maintenance at my home or wanting approval on something from the landlord she is so fast to respond and get things sorted out for me. When I am finally in the position to buy a property whether it be for myself to reside in or as a rental investment I hope I can do this through Avery. I’ve never come across any other real estate who treat their tenants as well as they do.

Paul Avery and the team sold our beautiful home by auction.
