Very helpfull staff fixed my problem instantly much appreciated from a traveller

Very good at selling a product but cannot use a phone to return calls. Went into shop twice to get a phone unlocked but after two goes and 6-7 weeks of waiting still no good so went to Contel and it was unlocked within the first five days. Thank goodness for Contel.

Didn't help me at all, $629 for a new screen up to 3 wks to fix and wipe everything on it or pay $1053 to get new phone to pay off. So Devastated with it all. Thought my phone was an upgrade when I got it as I always upgrade, apparently not. Becareful make sure its is an upgrade or what ever.

I’m a customer of Telstra and have been for years but after todays experience I will be changing over providers for my Mobil plane and internet. Went in to the Devonport store today with a client to purchase him a new phone cover, we found a cover on the shelf went over to The staff member at the desk his name was Rodney to ask if that would fit the phone he gave me a dirty look and told me he was busy and to go away I honestly didn’t know what to say in shock I started to walk away and then I turned around to check his nametag because I’ve never experienced something like this before and when he saw me walking over to check his nametag he told me to get out of the shop. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life.

I got a new phone I was happy with the service. Asked to fill out a survey and I did. Got a call the next day from the manager to see if I was happy. All good no problems. The issue arises 1 month later when the same manger calls again to see if I’d fill out another survey and that the 7/10 rating I gave before wasn’t deemed a pass by Telstra standards. Devonport Telstra seem happy to waist peoples time when they are not be happy with the result they get from those who are will to fill out a survey. And are happy to harass there own employee with what they deem poor customer service
