Amanda just pierced mine and my 7 yr old daughters earlobes and the visit was very positive. She was skilled, experienced and gentle. And was kind when I was more nervous then my daughter lol. Unprofessional hairdressers, they don't concentrate to do their job, they are busy chatting and making unnecessary comments . I had the worst haircut in my life . I waisted my money for nothing.

If you're looking to have your hair coloured, cut or just looked after, I could not recommend Hannah or Emily more! They are so talented at what they do, they are extremely professional, friendly and provide the BEST service and advice. Each time I leave the salon I feel absolutely happy with my refreshed hair, and am so loyal to these ladies! Each visit I am greeted with lovely smiles and they do everything they can to make you feel so comfortable and looked after. I get so many compliments on my purple hair, and it has never been healthier! They are just incredible at what they do, literal miracle workers. Thank you ladies so much.

I came into the store because my nose piercing had become infected and swollen (nothing to do with the store). I just wanted to see if they could help or give advice. The piercer took me upstairs so she could have a close look, see what went wrong and advise me what to do. I was in a lot of pain and she helped me remove the jewellery and change it to something else. She was genuine and caring, and didn’t mind taking the time to help me. She was also really mindful of how much pain I was in. I didn’t get her name but I highly recommend this place after my positive experience. I left feeling a lot better and my nose is feeling better too

Walked in today at about 2pm & asked if the store had a piercer in, she said yes I’m the piercer what were you after. My partner replied that he wanted his tragus pierced, all of a sudden her attitude changed and it went from happy to fit you in to “oh, I’m sorry we are completely booked out for the rest of the day”. Mind you when we walked in the piercer was sat on the ground counting stock with only 2 customers in the shop having their hair done. Now I normally wouldn’t have an issue with things like this, but as we stood outside with a friend who purchased some piercing jewellery from you we watched as two teenagers walked in asking for piercings & the piercer said “sure what were you after I can’t bring you through now.”If you can’t do what was asked, just say so. If you don’t want to look after someone for whatever reason then just say so. But if you’re going to lie, atleast make sure the customers you just lied to have completely left before making us feel like you didn’t want our business.

My regular hair house and love coming here! Been pierced a few times by Madi and I must say she is amazing! She is kind, friendly and she always makes you feel truly comfortable. Will only ever come here for piercings now because of her amazing service

My wife and I came into the store and wanted to enquire about some products and some Hair advice the girls at the front desk stood there chatting at the front desk one with purple hair and one blonde and did not help us at all , a lovely young girl I think she said her name was Tina of Tania when I asked her came from the salon area and helped us find the perfect product product and booked my wife into have her hair done.She was The nicest one there everyone else was so rude , and seemed they didn’t want to be there

Madi is awesome, she put the head on my dermal when many piercers couldn’t do it for some reason. She is awesome.Quick and easy.Will definitely be back.
