Dr Vic was very caring and relaxed. Having to euthanise my dog Fifi due to cancer was very distressing, but Vic was empathetic and professional and did this in our home in a calm and caring manner. I recommend him to others in the same situation.

Dr James is almost part of our family with regular visits to our geriatric cat.Our 17 year old cat is a very much loved family pet & with Dr James's expertise we have kept her going, however we know that eventually we will lose the battle.I have every confidence that Dr James will no doubt give us the tough love" speech when the time comes

I’m very thankful for Vic and his compassion shown to both me and my beautiful Bear during his euthanasia. He attended as quickly as he could when I was desperately searching for a home euthanasia after my dog deteriorated quickly. Thank you Vic, and the follow up message that evening was a special touch. Dr Vic was great. Not only did he attend on a public holiday, his rates are very affordable and most importantly he was lovely. He clearly cares about the animals he is treating and my dog who is sometimes cautious with strangers, took to him straight away. I highly recommend him and although I hope to never have to call him out again, if needed he would be the first vet I would call.

Dr Vic James was able to provide a dignified, empathetic home passing for my 11 year dog, Shadow, today. He displayed a high degree of caring and professionalism from the initial call, and a calm and reassuring manner throughout the visit and procedure. In addition, his availability and fees were very reasonable, and more affordable than many other estimates I had previously received. Highly recommended!

Asked for them to come out because my dogs tail was injured got.got told it's just a injured tail and his not coming out for that! Price was never a issue.Lucky another mobile vet was more than happy to come out and check my dog and find out what the issue was thanks for nothingHighly Don't recommend!

Dr Vic is a very professional and considerate vet. He euthanised our 15 yr old dog Charlie today, and was nothing but friendly and supportive throughout the process. He did not rush or put us under any pressure. Thank you so much Dr Vic.
