Chemist Warehouse Brisbane

This is by far the worst Chemist Warehouse store I've ever been to. Walk the extra distance to the Queen St store. Staff were rude, disinterested in helping or serving, would rather sit on their behinds and tell you to do their job for them!

They would not do a refund or store credit for a product I bought even though I only bought it 3 days ago and the seal was not broken. I recommend going to a non chemist warehouse chemist as they all price match to chemist warehouse anyway and have better customer service.

Truly the worst service in Brisbane!!! The slogan should be Australia's worst service for prescriptions.

Had a very negative experience at this store today. My doctor emailed me a script which I printed out and gave to the pharmacist, apparently that's not allowed and they need to discuss with the doctor or have it emailed to them. Fair enough I didn't know the law and why would my doctor email it to me if it was going to be a problem, but what I didn't expect and was truly shocked and embarrassed about was being confronted by the pharmacist as though I were a common criminal as she publicly asked me if I had just given her a fake script. I don't understand why anyone would ask for a fake thyroid condition script and I don't know why she wouldn't just ask to see the email or have it forwarded to her. I will not be conducting my future business here.

there is a southeast Asian face lady pharmacist was extremely rude. i ask for Proctosedyl Ointment which is a treatment of haemorrhoids and other associated anorectal conditions. She ask me do u know how to use it.i said yes.then she said，explain to me，what is use for？I said i know it，it is a bit embrassed to say. could u plz sell to me.She said No，and ask me to explain how to use it again.i feel very embarrassed especially other clients were looking at me.I didnt answer the stupid question. maybe i should say it for smear ur mouth.very bad experience.wont go again.

Very ridiculous. Be care and count the price yourself before you buying things. Staff made mistakes and charged more on several items. I saw the receipt and asked them to fix it immediately, but they make me to wait for someone (maybe the manager?), and fix only part of them. Becaus “we are going to close today~ Please come back tomorrow.”So I should waste my time again and go back to fix the stupid mistakes of the store to take my money back? Isn’t it kind of cheating or robbery？Looks like staff’s time is treasure. My time is trash.

Super helpful during our quarantine around the corner. Went out of their way to source products from a different store and deliver to the hotel (rather than forcing us to have the hotel collect).Ended up arriving within an hour!

Poor customer service, rude shop attendants. Cashier appeared disinterested in serving, was throwing things around when scanning, even pushed an item I was buying over the counter onto the ground. Feel free to check your own shop surveillance camera.

Found what I needed at a great price. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately did not ask her name but the manager lady was awesome. Thank you for using your discretion.
