Had an appointment for me and my mum 90 year old the appointment was at 3:20 pm had got a text the previous day that our appointment was at 3:40 and to be prompt. Where are arrived at 3:44 pm and was told our appointment was cancelled as we had missed our appointment at 3:20 p.m. after considerable discussion with the receptionist who refused to be helpful in any way gave us the option of a reschedule on the 7th June or 8 weeks. unfortunately on the 7th I had an appointment at the hospital at Maitland because I have broken my second little toeamd was put into a boot to walk with. I needed urgent attention but stubborn receptionist would not ask doctor if he could see me but insisted on a reschedule....so upset and discussed we left and I'm looking at other optionsThanks Newcastle Foot And Ankle Clinic for you past servicesAnd you recent co operation.
