When enquiring further, Caitlin from Millar Merrigan refused to disclose the name of the person her information came from. Buying and building a home shouldn’t be a stressful experience but an enjoyable one. If I had known the honest date of title I would of catered to those dates or found another block.Some people are having 2 year delays with M&M.Be careful, do further due diligence on the land developer. In our experience they won’t tell the real estate the right information.It’s very disheartening and stressful to say the least.
