Before coming to FTP 4 months ago I wasn’t a fan of the gym but now I love it and I am there 6 days a week. The trainers are awesome and the atmosphere is amazing

I have been going to FTP for just over two years and it’s my favourite place. I hated going to the gym before starting at FTP and now I train six days a week. The trainers are super motivating, supportive and the atmosphere is just so fun, friendly and just a great place to be.

Absolutely amazing gym. They offer a variety of classes each day and week and can even adapt the exercises to suit your physical abilities and fitness levels. The trainers are very helpful and very welcoming and can assist with training and nutrition. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Highly Recommend! Welcoming, vibrant kind and awesome trainers. They are there to help your every need to get enjoyment but also a great workout no matter the circumstance (injuries, fitness levels, experience). All members are kind, supportive and welcoming! Keep at it guys such a wonderful gym to be apart of!

A fantastic gym to belong to! I joined FTP in September 2018 & never thought I would still be a member 4 years later. All the trainers are great in helping you achieve your goals & there is a friendly family atmosphere that I have not experienced at a gym before. If you are looking for a gym that also has a fun social aspect I highly recommend FTP.

This gym is amazing! Great atmosphere, with friendly, professional staff. I love how every session is unique and different so that you never experience a plateau or boredom. Also the gym instructors are very helpful and patient and go out of their way to assess your form and provide you with individual attention and suggest modifications so it's very safe and personal. This is one of their unique features which distinguishes them from the larger chains who perhaps provide more robotic and impersonal classes. Big shout out to Luke, Ellen, Sarah and Emma

An awesome gym that works with young and old clients, trainers that take the time to help with any special needs while training.I have been at FTP for 4 years and i have enjoyed every training session they have provided, there is always lots of variety, fun and a great bunch of people that go to this gym.
