Products are pretty good but had an issue with sizing - emailed and called, left messages over a number of days trying to organise an exchange with no answer.

These guys are excellent sellers with the best quality kit and they follow up on service unlike any other I've dealt with. I will recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys

Service is woeful. Products are OKPaid for express shipping (on a Monday, from Melbourne to Sydney) which was meant to be 1-2 business days. It didn’t arrive for over a week

I've been following up my order a hydration pack for more than a month. I decided to cancel my order and it's been 3 days they haven't sent my refund yet.

Terrible..... Returns policy is horrendous, they take 10% off your refund to put the stock back on the shelf ! (my fault for not reading the fine print). Returned the pants (which were terrible) and after 2 weeks no one contacted me for a refund. Had to ring them myself and they need to follow it up". Rude on the phone

Not sure why people feel this is anything less than a great Australian busienss. Pants I bought have lasted 4 years, hardshell looks brand new aside from zip I broke on the front pouch and is great for concealed carry.Shooting mat is great, plate carriers and rigs take time but these guys are serving the military on mass.You can have any two of high quality, fast and cheap. You can have it all and these products are cheap for the value they provide.To those whinging about answering the phone, I just had Shaun answer my call in three rings.Great Aussie veteran busienss.

I own several SORD products from uniform items to IFAKs and find all of their gear to be of the very highest quality.

I purchased the coyote grab bag two weeks ago after being on the wait list. This bag is much better than I expected, high quality in materials, stitching and design, it's rock solid. It comes with various smaller pouches that can be removed if not needed, a removable adjustable shoulder strap and carry handle. I originally purchased it as a bag to keep essentials in the car like a FAK, torch, water bottle and other items but now I am using it as a man bag when I am out and about. Well done Sord.

Very good products but poor customer service. Ordered some clothing via Mitchells Adventure. When the order was taken over the phone 6 weeks ago. I was informed that my order would be shipped as made ie multicam and numbers Ordered. I eventually got NOT exactly what I ordered. It was 1xLF Anorak multi, 2xfield uniform jackets multi, 2x32/36field uniform trousers multi. I was told by Mitchells staff that the Anorak and 2xjackets in multi were in stock, but there may be a shortage of certain sizes. What I got eventually was, Anorak-check, trousers 1x32/32, 1x32/36-sort of check, 1xfield uniform jacket TAN W.T.F. What I find really confusing is I was told the F/U jackets were good to go and that they only had 1x32/32 trousers in stock so I changed it to 2x32/36 and as of 45 minutes ago sord have 32/32 multicam trousers for sale? Mitchells Adventure staff were and are excellent at customer service and did their very best but were let down by sord. What happened in the 6 weeks to the jackets in stock? Shipped to someone else? How can you have 1 of something and ship it and still have the same item for sale? I'm Ex-Army and very disappointed that this is the way veterans think a business should run. Don't they remember having trouble with the Q-Store pouges.
