Just renewed my vehicle insurance with another company starting with B. The same policy with vehicle assistance was just on $200 cheaper with Youi. Thank goodness for the 21-day cooling-off period. Worthwhile doing your own homework and not through Insurance Comparison gadgets on Google. Thank you Youi. Thanks to Jake as well, he was very helpful.

Insured my new car a few months ago with Youi, very happy with premium and quality of service, Tom was great. My wife's renewal came in, and the premium had gone up by 25% for no extra risk, so I called Youi, better cover for less saved 45% on new or 33% on last years premium with other insurer. Kirrily did a great job, thank you.

I spoke with Tom about my car insurance, he was excellent. It was just like talking to a friend over the phone. Tom was very friendly, courteous and attentive and I saved a lot of money on my car insurance. I would highly recommend talking to Youi to see how much you can save.

My husband & I recently purchased new car & caravan policies from Youi. We have previously used Youi for our other cars for more than 2 years & are aware of their value & competitive price point in the marketplace. We dealt with Dillon & Jess who made the whole process seamless. They were very knowledgeable of their products & immediately answered all the questions we posed, which was not the case with other competitors. This gave us confidence to proceed with Youi. They also followed up in the timeframes we agreed to finalise the policies. All in all a good experience.

In my opinion Youi deals in deceptive marketing. I went into my yearly premium in detail and on the surface Youi came out cheaper even thogh I had to jump through a lot more hoops. Higher excess, higher driver age etc. It was cheaper to continue with my current insurer for more services then Youi. In my opinion you SERIOUSLY need to look at them in GREAT detail.

Just started a car insurance policy with Youi. While it’s not the cheapest, the service certainly makes up for that. Quality over quantity, details were clearly explained, I didn’t feel rushed and in all honesty, my decision came down to Sarah’s calm, informative and friendly approach. I felt reassured by the high level of service she provided.

Youi definitely provide very High level customer service comparing with other insurer. I was speaking with Alexandra Campbell on my comprehensive insurance quote today. She’s being so patient and being very professional approaching a best solution for me. The whole experience was just very delightful. She went through every details with me patiently. I spoke with Regan for 40 minutes. He was friendly and respectful and certainly made me feel comfortable. When I bought my car from an internet dealership, I was expecting to pay a premium of about $1,300 pa and thankfully Regan listened to my thoughts on how I intend to use the vehicle and I saved $700.
