Adelaide Master Tiling

I was recommended Adelaide Master Tiling / Hamed by a friend who had been very happy withe their bathroom. Very good quality of work from someone who is clearly very experienced. He allowed me to look at the quote and then make changes to help keep me in budget. Regular updates on progress and clear on when the work would be taking place which allowed us to get on with our days without too much disruption. Very happy with the end result. I would use them again!

As first time bathroom renovators we were not really sure how to approach it. Hamed was fantastic in walking us through the process, design options, bathroom, tile and finishing choices. Hamed and his time were professional on time and did a great job. We are super happy with the results and will have Adelaide Master Tiling back when we do the ensuite. :)

Even 1 star doesn't do justice...Very unvalued, unprofessional service with no accountability.We hired Hamed from adelaide master tiling /AB tiling (in June 2021) to remove ~80-100sq mts of slates and then lay 600 x 1200 size tiles. He was on the recommended list of BEAUMONT tiles and was suggested as no. 2 (by Gepps cross Beaumont verbally).Hamed came for quote, did not measure anything, looked at it and gave us a SMS quote (not a written one) to remove slate & lay tiles, project worth 14500$ including tiles, since he was recommended by Beaumont, we did not do any background checks. We trusted the word of mouth by BEAUMONT and hired him. Initially job was to remove the slates, however it went from there to......him suggesting, it could be very difficult, dusty & damaging (to JAG kitchen) to remove slate hence better to grind it and smoothen them and then lay new tiles over it. We trusted him and his advice. On the day of grinding it was suggested to us by him that it would be better idea to level / screed it and then lay tiles.I was skeptical but Hamed convinced us that it OK to do so and that he has done this before. He even sent us a whats app video to show his work.He did what he described it as an expensive self levelling stuff and then allowed a day for it to dry off and next day he was supposed to lay tiles. The picture speaks more than I can write. He and his likely unskilled workers had destroyed it. His team also poured it over the expensive JAG kitchen skirting. When I saw what he had done, I was stunned, had to terminate his further work/destruction. He still charged me 2500$ for what he described it as very skillful, time consuming & professional work. I also payed him 4500$ for 100 sq Mts of tiles that he purchased from BEAUMONT tiles. When requesting for invoice, he declined, stating, he bought it on his business name , hence can't give it to me.I later got very experienced reputed tiler to have a look and they couldn't believe the mess that has had been created.I don't know by what criteria/standard's.....he is no 2 tiler with BEAUMONT. What he did to us was a very painful experience. I don't believe he had any idea what he was doing. Did not give us a genuine honest advice at all.

Have just had Adelaide Master Tiling fully renovate our three bathrooms and laundry. I chose this company based on the excellent google reviews they had received. They did an amazing job and couldn’t be more happier with the final outcome. Hamad and his team were professional, reliable and were great at offering suggestions and ideas. We will definitely use them again for future projects and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Hamed is highly skilled in his works with his good team. Did my whole house renovation from scratch. Highly professional and excellent customer service. Loved his attitude and professionalism. Will highly recommend him.

Hamed and his team renovated our bathroom, toilet and laundry last spring and we couldn't be happier. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to make minor adjustments along the way. Everyone in the team were polite, respectful and trustworthy. We would not hesitate to recommend AMT for any renovations that you have planned.

Had the entire house refurbished. In short, we went from old carpets to tiled floors, new doors, new locks one key for all doors now, 60 down lights installed, both bathrooms, kitchen, toilet, blinds replacing curtains, new pantry, wardrobes refitted, whole house painted. Great job Hamad.

We have used Hamed & his team for many renovations now. He has tiled our entire home, our splashback for our kitchen & renovated our hallway bathroom/vanity area. We have been so impressed by his work that we have recommended him to many friends & family whom have all had amazing bathroom transformations. We look forward to using him again in the future for our next renovation.

I had a total bathroom renovation including removal of internal wall between the two rooms. Hamed and his team got into it, 41 degrees at times, they seemed to enjoy what they were doing and take pride in their work, he was able to advise and take me through the process and give me ideas, , I would certainly recommend these guys and will get them back for the next tiling job on my floors, loving my new bathroom, can't stop looking at it, well done team.
