Amazing small but super friendly Gym. It's only open 24/7 for members. 247 is not available for drop-in. Check their website for staffed hours before you visit and come say HIYA if you see me there.

Trained here for 2 years and they were nothing but helpful. Great range of equipment. Highly recommend.

Good gym

I love training at Bomo gym. It is easy convenient and the staff are fantastic, especially my PT Ivan!. I had major back surgery after a horrific triathlon accident and my surgeon said that the training I did with Ivan was what has not only kept me walking but running and cycling again!!. Whether you need a PT for motivation, weight loss, body building or medical reasons or you would rather meet up with a friendly group to regularly train with to the fun of Les Mills classes or even a game of squash with your mates, then this is the 24 hour gym you have been looking for. Best thing is it caters for ALL ages and ALL fitness levels. Everyone is welcome. Come in and say Hi!!

Highly skilled staff, excellent equipment (and plenty of it), great access and parking, personal trainers very attentive to key issues. Would highly recommend.

Nice being 24 hours! The gym membership covers my 2 nights of squash fees to be in the comp which is great and the staff are excellent! The equipment is great in variety. Right on The Gym at Bomaderry" you have me workn' out like a champ!"

A nice little local gym. Good equipment and conditions. Ease of 24hr access. Owned and run by a great guy as well.

Well protected beach. Good for waves if you like body surfing. Water is warmer here than other places.
