BP Springsure Roadhouse Caravan Park & Accommodation Village

Unfortunately I would avoid this park . Apparently new owners have taken over the bins are overflowing there is rubbish everywhere the bathrooms aren’t cleaned regularly. Super disappointing as a beautiful town to visit. Apparently there is a free place to camp or go to the show grounds .

Hubby stopped there on Wednesday the 18th of May to get a feedAs he was in the truck . He ordered a mince a bacon burger and a serve of chips with chicken salt. The burger was disgusting- all itHad on it was a piece of cheese , one piece of bacon and a mince pattie. The buns weresoggy from too much butter . There was no other salad at all on it : the chips came out with normal sale and had way to much salt on them - so much that he could not eat them . Will never recommend the place to anyone at all.

We are not at the Gold Coast we are in Central inland Queensland and this place is better than anything else you will find out here. It's clean, the showers are hot, the beds are clean and comfortable. I really liked the place quiet and very relaxing. Just remember to purchase your alcoholic refreshments before you park the car because it a fair walk to Dooley's Tavern to grab some takeaways. I'm definitely making this place my regular stop from on, I do the Townsville to Brisbane a few times a year and take in inland rout everytime. So BP Springsure Roadhouse and Caravan Park it is from now on. Go the Cowboys.

The camping area was over grown with grass and the amenities were dated but clean.The hot chips from the roadhouse were great but! We also had a few friendly possums come to the camp so that was fun for the kids.

We found our stay at Springsure Roadhouse Caravan Park to be so lovely and quiet and restful. The ammenities were very clean the staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. We had a dog and there was a lovely concrete walking path straight opposite with big areas to let the dog have a run. I had the misfortune to lose my phone wallet with cards money etc in it. We didn’t realise I had lost it till lunchtime the next day and we were many kilometres away. I rang the park they were so lovely and said they would look for it to see if they could locate it. They found it and the manager posted it down to me in NSW all the cards money etc all there. Everyone there is so honest, obliging and have such high standards i felt so blessed to have stayed there and would truly recommend it as a place to stay on your travels.

Absolutely discussed, we were going to have dinner but no food available, only one person was outside but wasn’t able to cook. The kitchen looks like it hadn’t been used and was so filthy. Thank heavens we did not eat anything from there!!!

Nice grounds. Good sites. Old but clean amenities. $25/ night..power &water. You are near the main road so a few trucks..this doesn't bother us. Nice stop over..only 11 sites.

Loved staying here. Terrific sleep
