Extremely good customer service! I don’t remember the ladies name but around mid day Tuesday she was working and she was really kind and helped me find the right product for myself. 10/10 experience by far.

Not happy with the service at EB game, the right bumper stop working on my controller try to get the Warranty on it and because of the scratches on the joystick they claim it was damaged, when asking to talk the manager the lady said she the assistant manager and will not be getting my warranty, so I will go somewhere else from now on, as I was a regular customer

Best most helpful and friendly staff I've come across at an EB they are so well stocked always have at hand what your looking for and if not they will source it for you ASAP I highly recommend shopping here! From collectables to gaming to TCG this place is the best in the South West !

Friendly and helpful staff. No display units for consoles which makes it difficult to test something, especially when it's a console you have never had etc. Prices were also reasonable. Staff were excellent in trying to assist with what they had.

Absolutely wonderful staff! My 3 sons love the interactions they have here, with like minded relatable people not just there to work but who seem to really enjoy their job! Always a pleasure shopping here
