Incredibly disappointed with the ongoing delays and lack of communication from sales staff. We waited 7 weeks for a hot chocolate dispenser to arrive and it never came. We were told there would be a wait in the beginning, so we cancelled our order. Then we were phoned and told there would no longer be a wait, and that our machine would be with us the next week if we decided to pay again and go through with the order. After 4 weeks we have still not received the machine and sales staff have been ignoring our emails or taking a message" when we phone the office. As a small business owner the expense of an almost $1000 machine not arriving is not only disappointing

I rang today with a query. It was dealt with in the most professional manner. We have been a customer for many years and we are very happy with the product and service provided. Thank you

Really positive experience all round from initial contact to delivery. The staff were friendly and made sure I was updated on ETA. Build quality second to none, I haven't had a single problem with my charcoal rotisserie and in any case I can sleep easy knowing it's backed by a good warranty that'll reasonably cover any anomalies. It's nice to be positively rewarded for supporting family-owned Australian made manufacturing.

Such poor customer service. Took them 6 months to get me a part. The blades in my blender jug broke then a week later the blade in my 2nd jug broke. Tried to get a warranty claim and they said I must of left a utensil in the jugs. What a poor excuse to reject a claim. Take it from me and don't buy semak.

Overall great experience, bought some heavy duty equipment and quality was fantastic, especially the welding on the frame. Management is excellent and helped me with everything.

Pick Up service (out of hours) was very much appreciated,would recommend their spare parts dept and staff exceptional.Roger. Boronia Vic.

I bought a GT525 Tandoor from Semak (last year). Whilst it did take a while to arrive last year because of India's covid lockdowns, Semak were communicative and helpful right the way through (great service). And as for the tandoor, it is the real deal! It is one of the finest kitchen implements ever. Professional, beautiful, brilliant, high quality! And the food is simply delicious. Thanks guys for importing these beauties and for being great to deal with!

Only if I can give a zero star.Placed an order on Oct, Semak said the ETA would be around mid NOV, and now its mid Dec, they still do not have a proper ETA and have no response on our request for refund.i wish i have read the previous view, and not paid the money to this company.New updates, finally received the full refund on 15th Dec 2017.

Had an issue where we sent a package from Adelaide to the wrong address in Hallam, VIC. Found on Google the nearest company with a phone number was Semak so called Di there and she went out of her way to retrieve the package from next door, and then organise delivery to the correct address for us. This is STELLAR customer service and I hope she gets appropriate recognition for her efforts. Well done and thank you Di!
