Very quick response and advice on broken dishwasher, so helpful.

Ziggy has always been very helpful and charges very little. I am extremely happy with his work. He helped me with my Miele washing machine today at a very reasonable price. As he always has done over the years whenever I've called him. And now it is working beautifully.Helen K was very unfair with her review.Ziggy put the red tape on to get her out of trouble so she could continue using her dishwasher while waiting for the part to be bought.Ziggy was very disappointed when I showed him her review.He takes pride in his work and in helping people.He wondered why she didn't call him first if she was unhappy.It is so easy to say nasty things on the internet.Especially when signing off with an anonymous name.

Dodgy Repairman. Rubber seals had worn out so Ziggy put red tape around the pipes near the return valve instead of ordering proper rubber seals from Miele. Unfortunately, I wasn't home at the time to supervise his work. Customer beware.

Siggi is a lifesaver when it comes to older MIele products! I have been able to keep my vintage Miele washing machine going as my main washing machine for many years, and many more to come thanks to Siggi and his knowledge and spare parts! Prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. Easy to talk to and gives great advise and explanation of the fault and fix required! Thank you Siggi!

I'm surprised there's not more excellent ratings for Sig, but I'll add mine here.Our Miele G5715SCU dishwasher had a fair litany of errors and issues. Primarily, the pump was sounding *very* unwell throughout the entire cycle, the middle spray arm was not pressurising and washing (presumably because of pump issues), and the drying fan sounded like a motorbike. Several F" type codes had been logged.After having quite poor/mixed service from various suppliers in the past

Ziggy is the best. He's been out a couple of times to fix our Miele washing machine. He gave us a couple of options to consider regarding the repair. He's always on time and very knowledgeable and doesn't charge a arm or a leg.

Ziggy has been servicing my dishwasher and washing machine for many years. He is extremely helpful and tries to find the most cost effective solution to your problems. He knows his stuff and i am grateful to have someone local that is so skilled and available.

I agree, Vivie Babb, Helen K's review was very unfair. Ziggy tried to help her out! Shame on you Helen K! Ziggy has successfully helped me this way before too. When the part finally arrived it was so easy to put in, just like he said it would be. And he charged us only $40 for the call out because the part wasn't in stock. He could have come back later and put it in and charged $150 or more and we would never have known the difference. Such a nice, helpful man.
